Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground. If you need an item by a certain date, we are always wiling to work with you on rush delivery. Additional shipping charges will be applied to your order. Please indicate when ordering if you need expedited shipping.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent after your order has been shipped. Please be sure that the shipping address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery. If a package is returned for incorrect shipping information, we reserve right to charge additional shipping and handling fees.
International orders, Hawaii and Alaska

Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges are calculated according to the total weight of your order. We will do our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum. Rush deliveries will be calculated using the standard shipping rate plus added charges for expedited shipping.
Return policy
We do not accept Returns on used products. If any of our products are damaged during shipping, or were sent incorrectly, we will make every effort to expedite your return. Kindly email our office at roxannerizzo.com and we will provide an RA# (Return Authorization Number). We will mail you a return label with the RA#. Damaged or incorrectly packaged products must be returned within 15 days of receipt as soon as possible based on availability. We will notify you via email once we received and processed your return.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your Roxanne Rizzo purchase you may return it for credit within 14 days of receipt as long as the product is in its original packaging and has not been used. An RA# (Return Authorization Number) will be issued by customer service and must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the label. RA#’s expire after 15 days of receipt. Return charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Roxanne Rizzo Enterprises, Ltd. reserves the right not to refund to the customer any money without a valid RA# or with visible usage.
We will notify you via email of your credit once we’ve received and processed your returned item(s). You can expect a full refund in the form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receipt. If the return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
