Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground. If you need an item by a certain date, we are always wiling to work with you on rush delivery. Additional shipping charges will be applied to your order. Please indicate when ordering if you need expedited shipping.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent after your order has been shipped. Please be sure that the shipping address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery. If a package is returned for incorrect shipping information, we reserve right to charge additional shipping and handling fees.

Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges are calculated according to the total weight of your order. We will do our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum. Rush deliveries will be calculated using the standard shipping rate plus added charges for expedited shipping.

Return policy
We do not accept returns on used products. If any of our products are damaged during shipping, or were sent incorrectly, we will make every effort to expedite your return. Kindly email our office at www.roxannerizzo.com and we will provide an RA# (Return Authorization Number). We will mail you a return label with the RA#. Damaged or incorrectly packaged products must be returned within 15 days of receipt as soon as possible based on availability. We will notify you via email once we received and processed your return.
